Mini Biography:

Frank Menusan is a retired special education teacher with a Masters degree from New York University. He has had 25 years of experience with the New York City Department of Education. In addition, he is a musician, flute maker, artist, writer, storyteller and lecturer. Mr. Menusan is of Muskogee (Creek) heritage. Mr. Menusan has performed solo and with various groups from many diverse cultures on an amazing variety of Native American and ethnic world instruments. He has published several articles on Native American music in Cobblestones (1993) and Fiddlesticks (1992), and a curriculum on Native American Music for the New Orchestra of Westchester Education Program (Westchester County, N. Y. 1992-1993).
